Terms + Conditions:
Monthly Subscription - by purchasing our tee of the month club subscription you are entering a monthly subscription. This means you agree to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee at the then - current monthly subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
Automatic Monthly Renewal Terms - Once you subscribe, Modern Magnolia Co. will automatically process your monthly subscription fee in the next billing cycle. Modern Magnolia Co. will continue to automatically process your monthly subscription fee each monthly at the then - current rate, until you cancel your subscription.
No Returns - You may not return any subscription item you recieve. If you have concerns about the product you have recieved, please email us at modernmagnolia25@gmail.com. We will work with you to address your concerns.
Cancellation of Subscription - You may cancel you subscription order but only if we have not shipped the order of that month. If your order has shipped, your subscription will be cancelled for the following month. No refunds will be processed.
Exchanges - You may exchange your tee for another size. Contact us at modernmagnolia25@gmail.com to set up the exchange. We will send you an invoice for the shipping label for the exchange.
By purchasing you are accepting these terms. We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the service following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes. Unless we provide you with specific notice, no changes to these terms will apply retroactively.
